Our Mission and Vision

As Christians in Cookham Dean, our aim is to promote, explain and practise the teachings of Jesus Christ among the people of our parish. To this end, we strive to harness enthusiasm for our faith, live our faith in our daily lives and love our neighbours as ourselves.

Our objectives are to:

	continually open our hearts and minds to our need for God.
	create an awareness of our need to worship, individually and as a community - growing in spirituality and in fellowship.
	create opportunities for learning, exploring and travelling in our faith
	create opportunities for all ages to be introduced to and experience the Christian faith.
	open minds to the complex issues of being human.
	enable us to realise and help to meet the Gospel needs of those yet to come into the Church.
	remind ourselves of our Christian concern for the whole world and its problems and our desire to see the values of the Kingdom of God in our society and community.
